Our programs offer free-standing, independent levels of care; however, they also function as contracted, wraparound services. As such, they provide ancillary treatment to support programs of social service agencies, special education programs, and office-based therapies. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Therapeutic Foster Care Supervisor to join our team in Richmond, VA. TFC Supervisors assigns and schedules Caseworkers and Therapeutic Support Specialists to cases for services. Ensures that quality care is provided to our clients. Provides administrative guidance and supervision to the Caseworkers and Therapeutic Support Specialists under the direction of the Program Manager. Monitors utilization of resources to provide cost-effective care. Ensures appropriate and timely documentation on all assigned cases. As needed, assist in providing overall case management of children and adolescents referred for foster care services. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field and three or more years of experience in case management working with adolescents and/or children and families including at least one year of supervisory experience.
